30 Butternut Squash Gnocchi
16 oz spring mix
4 figs, thinly sliced
1 oz candied walnuts
4 oz goat cheese crumbles
balsamic reduction, to taste
Directions
In a large serving bowl, toss together spring mix, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and fig slices. Fry butternut squash gnocchi in oil until they float to the top. Plate salads and top with gnocchi and dress with balsamic reduction.
