Large Square Four Cheese Ravioli with Sausage & Roasted Peppers
For a bakeable version of this dish, combine ingredients in a shallow, oven safe dish. Top with Parmesan and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 red bell peppers, roasted and sliced
2 yellow bell peppers, roasted and sliced
1 lb sweet Italian sausage, ground
TT Parmesan, grated
In a medium sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until brown. Add in peppers and cook until softened. Cook the ravioli according to package directions, then toss in pan with sausage and peppers. Plate immediately and top with grated Parmesan.
