Use Louisa's Beef Ravioli as the base for this easily customizeable dish. Make this a signature item by using a unique sauce or by topping with a signature blend of cheese and spices.
½ c. marinara or meat sauce
¼ c. parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
parsley, for garnish
Layer marinara to cover the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cook ravioli in rolling boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and drain, then arrange ravioli on top of pasta sauce. Top with grated parmesan and additional sauce. Finish the dish in the broiler until cheese has completely melted and started to brown. Garnish with fresh parsley.
