Jalapeño Mac & Cheese Bites with Pulled Pork, Cornbread, & Smokey Peach BBQ Sauce
In the Midwest, visit orchards between June and August to pick your own locally grown peaches.
6 Mac & Cheese Bites
4 peaches, peeled
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 oz Bourbon
For Sauce: Slice peaches into halves or quarters. Place on grill and lightly brown. Dice and place in pan with butter, bourbon, and sugar. Reduce until thickened. Mix with your favorite smokey BBQ sauce. Fry Mac & Cheese Bites at 350ºF for 4 minutes. Plate with smoked BBQ and cornbread. Top with peach sauce and garnish with grilled peaches.
