Preheat oven to 375°F. Sandwich Cheddar cheese, ham and blue cheese between two ravioli pieces. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard and garlic. Arrange ravioli sliders on bed of shaved celery and carrot. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with mayonnaise aioli sauce for dipping.
