Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with "Mostarda Cremonese"

Ingredients
12 ravioli (appetizer)
2 cups ea. A.P. & almond flour
2 egg yolks
TT milk
mostarda cremonese:
½ cup of each-peaches, apricot,
cherries, pears, apple, and orange
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 pinch salt
¼ cup white wine vinegar
Directions
For the sauce, bring all ingredients to a soft boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add softened gelatin and cool. Prepare the batter then dredge thawed ravioli in the flour and lightly coat with batter. Shallow fry on both sides in hot oil then serve with the chilled sauce.
